What is the late cancelation window?

The opportunity to cancel without penalty closes 3h prior to class. If you are an unlimited pass holder, you receive 1 free cancelation per month and all consecutive late cancelations will accrue a $5+ 1% fee charge. If you are a class pass holder you will lose the class pass with which you booked the spot.

How do I cancel a booking?

All changes to bookings can be made through your wellness living account. Simply login here, or download our app "Shift Yoga Collective" for a convenient way to book, cancel and purchase passes and membrships.

Where do I park?

Please be advised that we do not have designated studio parking, however there is plenty of free 2h street parking in the area. Please leave yourself adequate time to find parking as it can be more challenging during events such as Storm games.

What do I need to bring?

We advise you bring a mat (even for aerial yoga), water, and an open mind. We do rent mats for a $2 fee if you don't have one.

What are the most beginner friendly classes?

Most of our classes are considered All Levels, however Aerial Yin, Hatha, Candle Lit Flow, & Functional Movement Flow are the most accessible.

Can I share a class pass with a friend?

Yes! Log into your wellness living account > add a relationship > purchase a *non discounted* pass and it will automatically be shared between both accounts.
